• Responsible for conduction the detail verification of insurance eligibility.
• Verify eligibility using online portals, phone calls, and other methods
• Verify insurance coverage, benefits, copays Deductibles, Prior Authorization, and plans limitations
• Call the insurance companies for the missing of information in the portals
• Investigate and resolve eligibility discrepancies, such as incorrect information or coverage gaps
• Identify and address mismatch information between patient provided information and payor records
• Document verified eligibility details accurately in the practice management systems
