Junior Engineer - Production at Shoei Finishing Pvt. Ltd. (2025-06 – Present)

Handling Production related activities in fabrication & assembly of Aluminum melting & heat treatment furnaces.

• Prepare & monitor daily production plan according to project requirement & delivery schedule.
• Conversant to mechanical drawing of Fabrication, Assembly & Piping
• Experience to manage a team of 25 workers.
• Verify Bill of Materials (BOM), assembly drawing, component quantity, dimension, & material specification before production.
• Prepare & raise Engineering Change Note (ECN) for drawing, BOM, material, dimensional, & assembly mismatch.
• Coordinate with store & purchase department for material availability and shortage resolution.
• Maintain ISO production document, checklist, NC reports, EHS records, 5s records, & kaizen documentation.
• Proficient in verifying material specifications, thickness standards, and compatibility for structural M.S. components and heat-resistant S.S. shells and refractory work.
• Plan production activities based on material availability, manpower, machine, & project priorities.
• Follow up on WIP & assembly status to ensure planned production target achieved.
• Solve day to day production issue to maintained workflow.
• Preparation of packing slip.
