• I have handled the site project under SAUBHAGYA YOJNA. It was central government scheme in which free electrical connections are being issued to the consumers.
• Conducted project site visits to meet with team, evaluate progress and discuss operational issues.
• Recorded daily activities in excel to evaluate process and improve productivity.
• Supervised and monitored daily tasks of subcontractors.
• Coordinated site investigations, documented issues and escalated to executive teams as needed.
• Analyzed survey reports, maps, blueprints and other topographical data to effectively plan on working project.
