A software developer by grassroots, with a keen eye for design and a passion for technology, I strive for our products to make a positive impact and be technically strong, stable & secure. I instil the same passion & commitment in the teams I lead.
My expertise over these two decades has been all into Product Engineering & R&D. I have built & led technology function for large corporates & multiple start-ups right from inception. Majority of these product engagements have been into Banking and Financial Services especially Capital Markets.
Over these years I have worn many hats - Programmer, Architect, Designer, Product Owner & Agile Coach. I like building things that need to get big. Whether it’s technology or a product, I am interested in how to scale them.
Having worked for over a decade on Agile, I firmly believe in “Being Agile” rather than “Doing Agile”. I have extensive hands-on experience leading Agile Adoption through coaching, training, setting up metrics, processes, tools, governance & feedback loop.
I have had the opportunity to research, develop and deliver a range of technology products to solve diverse business problems. One of these bagged ‘Best Data Science/AI Solution in the FMCG Category’ award at Cypher, Analytics & AI Summit 2019.
