• Own the Chordy AI wearable pendant hardware – component selection, schematic capture, PCB layout and fabrication-ready output; design complete, fabrication pending
• Designed a 4-layer board around a bare nRF52840 SoC, designing the RF front end directly – a discrete matching network feeding an SMD chip antenna in its ground keep-out – not a pre-certified module
• Routed the antenna feedline as a 50 Ω controlled-impedance trace calculated against the L1–L2 stackup and called out on the fabrication drawing; 3-microphone PDM capture path into the nRF PDM peripheral

Embedded Systems Intern at Karmic Nexus IT Solutions (2025-11 – 2026-04)

Initial one-month internship extended twice, to six months total

• Designed two multi-sensor integrated development boards from schematic through layout to fabrication release; both were assembled and functionally tested
• Developed an EV-to-petrol changeover switching circuit, tested on site by Ather Energy, and delivered the finalised V1 production PCB
