I completed a one-year internship at Jaivel Aerospace, where I gained hands-on experience in the Aerostructure domain. After successfully completing my internship, I was offered a full-time position as an Associate – Aerostructure. In this role, my responsibilities increased, and I was given the opportunity to lead a team.
I ensure that all assigned tasks are completed on time while maintaining high-quality standards. This experience has helped me strengthen my technical skills, leadership abilities, and sense of responsibility.
Aerostructure Assembly Trainee - jaivel aerospace

During my internship at Jaivel Aerospace, I worked on the structural assembly of a large fixed-wing UAV designed for a 1000 km range and a 200 kg payload capacity. My primary responsibility was the assembly and integration of the IV-tail structure, ensuring accuracy and quality throughout the manufacturing process. In addition to technical tasks, I supported dispatch operations and coordinated workflow activities across the production floor.
I also lead a team of 3–4 members, effectively managing daily tasks and ensuring timely completion of work. By maintaining high quality standards and meeting project deadlines, I consistently delivered reliable results while working closely with management and cross-functional teams.
