Im Roja and was in aviation industry for 16 years and since it is a promising opportunity, and also because it is in line with my personal career goals, I hope that I will be considered for a suitable position.
I have a vast experience in Ground Service Handling at Hyderabad International Airport in India. I worked for Menzies ground handling and was a dedicated agent/supervisor for Qatar Airways. I was involved in all aspects of the ground operations-from pre-flight briefings, staff allocation, check-in, special assistance, crew handling, lost luggage, catering supervision, flight preparation, coordination, boarding and gate management, post-flight summaries, etc.
I served in various capacities. Serving various international airlines was an enriching and satisfying experience.
I have many professional certifications (IATA Foundation and EBT course, aviation safety and security procedures, fraud detection, dangerous goods regulations, passenger handling, etc.) and appreciation letters from customer airlines, especially Qatar. I enjoyed the ‘5-star on the ground’ course offered by Qatar Airways. Other carriers I handled include Saudi Arabian and Gulf Air.
My last job was as a senior Customer Service Officer with AI-SATS Ground Handling and I was the dedicated supervisor for the team handling Cathay Pacific, Air India and Star Alliance network flights. Team spirit, encouraging nature, positive attitude, quite and efficient, constantly raising the benchmarks, work experience under stress conditions are a few of my strengths.
