A Plastics Industry Professional with more than 6 years of experience in Quality assurance, and
Technical Support.
Man in charge of quality of incoming raw material, in process and finished goods.
Ensure that QC departments works in coordination with other section of company.
QC of Raw Material and Finished Products as per ISO and ASTM Methods for Plastic Testing.
Responsible for lab equipment’s and ensure its maintenance, calibration & upkeep.
Handle the quality release, rejects & batch test reports under quality system.
Member of Site safety committee which Review current site safety issues and take precautionary measures, Also Safety coordinator for Q.C area responsible for maintaining safety within the area, preparing safety guideline documents as per requirement.
Customer support: To analyze customer complaints in co-ordination with technical marketing team and to work on its solution.
Attend quality issues inside as well as customer end.
Give correction in recipe during online & first production of new grade.
To record, maintain and report readings/ data related to Online and FG Quality control in JD
Edwards system.
