• In charge of new bussiness creations.

• Auditing and reviewing activities performed by processsor.
• Validating of Asset ID nubering convention.
• Handling all queues to make sure securities se up correctly and on timely manner.

• Coordunating with UK team on day to day basis for approval purpose required for security setup.

• Processing New Bussiness Applications of client in Retirement Acccount Pension administration.
• Document tracling – inward Document 7 Outward Document.
• Checking KYC document to set the client AML status.
• To check With Fianacial Crime Prevention regarding Anti money laundaring checks.
• To set Regular contrubution of the client for pension.
• Processing Transfer in instructions from one management company to another management comapany.
• Qualité check the anti-money landing procès.
• Deals Processing, Subscription, Redemption, Switches and Transfers Responding to all Client and associated internal department queries in a timely, accurate and professional manner.
• Fee processing where applicable to deals
• Processing all volumes within strict deadlines with high level of accuracy
• Identify, document and disseminate new procedures and controls
• Quality checking and preparing QC reports
• Training and Mentoring of new recruits.
• Focus on continuous improvement of process to do efficiently with Controls for errors and breach of rules and regulation
