Experienced in administration tasks which include installation, migration, upgrading,
configuration and troubleshooting.
Hands on Experience in set up of new Control-M Environment which includes Control-M/EM installation, Control-M/Server installation.
Hands-on experience in Control-M/Agent installation in On-premises, OCI and Azure servers. This also includes installation in both Windows and Linux/Solaris flavor of servers.
Hands on experience in all Administration tasks which includes setting up High Availability environment, Authorization(LDAP Configuration), Alert setup(through SNMP), setup of required system parameters, Newday & User-dailies configuration, setup of Workload policy, Control-M/Reports.
Expert knowledge in create, update, maintain, scheduling through calendars and troubleshoot of Control-M jobs and batch flows.
Having Experience in UNIX, Oracle, SQL Server, Service now, Shell scripting.
Having Knowledge of ITIL concept.
Excellent skills in business application development, problem solving skills with a strong technical background and good interpersonal skills & customer relational skills.
