• Examined over 15 usability problems on 5 major food delivery websites via user research, competitive analysis, and benchmarking to find ways to optimize the processes of food discovery, ordering, and real-time order tracking.
• Derived findings into user personas, empathy maps, end-to-end journey maps, information architecture, and user flows to create a seamless and effortless ordering process.
• Designed a full-fledged mobile application design with over 15 screens and created a scalable design system comprising over 20 reusable components including onboarding, restaurant discovery, searching, checkout, payments, live tracking, profile, and settings.
