Roles & Responsibilities: Providing Support and Ticket resolution of (L1, L2, L3.L4)
Functional Specification: Providing the support document for the cliant and ABAP
Consultant as per requirement.
Support and Issue Resolution: Providing ongoing support to end-users and addressing issues related to SAP FICO. Troubleshooting and resolving problems in collaboration with technical teams if needed.
Requirements Gathering: Collaborating with business users to understand their financial and controlling requirements. Documenting business processes and mapping them to SAP FICO functionalities.
System Configuration: Configuring SAP FICO modules based on business requirements. Customizing settings for General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP),
Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and other sub-modules.
Integration with Other Modules: Ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules , Sales and Distribution - SD, Material Management – MM to support end-to-
end business processes.
Financial Reporting: Designing and configuring financial reports using SAP reporting tools. Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting based on organizational needs.
Data Migration: Assisting in the migration of financial data from legacy systems to
SAP. Ensuring data accuracy and consistency during the migration process.
Testing: Conducting unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the configured solutions meet business requirements.
