- Handling phone calls and reservations bookings both online and offline (unit reservation, travel agency or online platform)
- Briefing the team day to day schedule regarding reservations and check in and checkout of individual guests or group check in.
- Handling mails and payments from Travel agency / Unit Reservation.
- Follow up with every details of the Guests as per in the mails or verbally phone calls.
- Handling by checking all the rooms after the housekeeping is done with the room service.
- Training the Housekeeping and F&B regarding their work nature during their duties.
- Maintaining records in the software of the check in and check out of the Guests accordingly.
- Maintaining the statistic record of the Guests of every month and mail to the tourism of Meghalaya.
- Handling the weekly accounts and taxes and submitting to the management accordingly.
- Maintaining/ checking the daily marketing of the Kitchen /Restaurant supplies and update the management the requirements.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the Kitchen and the Restaurants after every order is done accordingly.
- Checking the crockeries in the pantry section as there should be no shortage in stock and the same if there are any defectives in stock.
- Maintaining the attendance record of the staff (Housekeeping/F&B/Chef & Security).
- Conducting interview whenever is required when there is vacancy in the property.
