BE graduate with 2+ years in credit risk analysis, skilled in SQL, Excel, and data analytics, optimizing loan origination strategies.
I am a Data Analyst specializing in Retail Banking Credit Risk, where I focus on analyzing and managing the bank’s loan portfolios to identify and mitigate potential risks. My role involves designing and implementing robust database systems using SQL, SAS, and Python to handle and optimize large volumes of data efficiently. I am responsible for automating data processes, integrating data from various sources into analytical DataMarts, and ensuring the performance of these systems.
In my position, I generate an Account Origination master file by collaborating with various data sources and analyze loan application data to identify trends and potential risks during both the origination and performance phases. I query large loan performance datasets to extract relevant data and develop comprehensive reports and dashboards using tools like Excel, Tableau, and Power BI to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders. Additionally, I create and implement strategies to improve loan performance and reduce delinquency rates.
My tasks include cleaning and organizing loan performance data, performing exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover patterns and trends, and generating actionable insights to support risk mitigation and enhance collection performance.
