• Held overall responsibility for the UltraTech Hirmi Integrated Plant and the Patliputra (Bihar) Grinding Unit, with accountability for operational performance, capital projects, safety systems, statutory compliance, and the effectiveness of leadership teams across both sites.
• Provided senior oversight of Hirmi Cement Works, an integrated operation with two production lines using FLS and KHD technologies, covering clinker capacity of 5.70 MTPA and cement capacity of 3.20 MTPA, with a clear focus on asset reliability, cost discipline, and long-term performance.
• Maintained oversight of the Patliputra Cement Works grinding unit with cement capacity of 4.72 MTPA ensuring stable operations, regulatory compliance, and alignment with enterprise performance priorities.
• Carried senior accountability for the commissioning of Line 2 within a fourteen-month timeframe, ensuring execution readiness, risk management, cross functional coordination, and a smooth transition from project completion to steady state operations in April 2022.
• Oversaw both project and operational activities through structured planning and performance reviews, supporting delivery discipline and consistent execution across functions.
• Accountable for financial performance, cost optimization initiatives, supply chain alignment, customer interface, and continuous improvement programs, supported by regular governance and review mechanisms.

Senior Project Development Manager at Ambuja Cements Limited (2008-09 – 2010-07)

• Managed all capital expenditure projects at a 7800 TPD unit, ensuring optimal cash flow utilization and future Capex planning.
• Oversaw project planning, execution, equipment evaluation, procurement, and the erection and commissioning of mechanical equipment.
