Key Responsibilities & Achievements:

• Prepare and execute weekly, monthly, and 3-month production plans based on sales forecasts and capacity availability.
• Maintain production schedules and closely monitor plan vs actual performance to ensure delivery commitments.
• Track inventory levels (RM, WIP, FG) and coordinate with SCM to avoid shortages and excess inventory.
• Review material shortages with concerned departments and align corrective actions with the monthly plan.
• Coordinate with sales and dispatch teams to support timely customer dispatches.
• Monitor and follow MPS adherence, consistently working towards ≥95% hit rate.
• Release components for machining (in-house and sub-vendor) and ensure timely completion as per plan.
• Coordinate with assembly and manufacturing teams to support smooth production flow.
• Strong involvement in SAP (MRP, material movement, planning transactions) for effective planning control.
• Develop Excel-based tools for load conversion, production tracking, and plan monitoring.
• Prepare machine load charts and utilization reports to support capacity planning.
• Act as a coordination link between planning, procurement, production, outsourcing, and quality teams.
