- Responsible for achieving Management KPIs: Zero stoppage Internal Line and Customer Line, OEE Achievement, Dead Stock Management, Inventory management (HALB and FG), Change Management & New Project Management
- Coordinating customer needs to arrive the production plan 1 Month Firm and 4 Month Forecast
- Preparing CRP Plan (Capacity Requirement plan) on 25th of every month addressing resource – Man/Machine utilization
- Releasing Material Requirement plan on 25th of every month for all categories
- Scheduling MPS based on actual WIP stock & finished goods
- Preparing & implementing production plans effectively to utilize overall plant capacity
- Daily Plan Vs Actual monitoring and expediting the Production with Plan adherence
- Review OEE /Down / critical process and corresponding backup modes
- Preparing after sales (OES)requirement & Special focus on VOR order completion
- Monitor customer forecast Vs. Customer pull Vs. Daily production plan
- EOP Management control dead stock through production scheduling
- BOM and Change management System interface and Creation MM in SAP
- Responsible for Logistics flow management (In to Out) for product and Line
- Coordinate with Project management team and Scheduling the Events
- Fixing 4M change management and implementation inline and Customer
- Preparing MIS Reports addressing WIP, OTD, Plan Vs Actual, Gap analysis report
- Timely Dispatch of finished goods / Events requirements
- Preparing Management Report and MRM Reporting in monthly meeting
- Yearly Business Plan/ Dept Budget / Cost Saving – Preparation & Monthly Review
- Prepare material requirement for Domestic parts purchasing (35 + Vendors)
- Following requirements from supplier to avoid material deficiency
- Ensure the Raw material availability D+3 coverage (internal+vendor)
- Ramp up plan & Dilution plan preparation for new project or SOP
- Operating SAP based inventory control & material in-out flow control
- Monitoring Supplies vs schedule performance and Identify Critical vendors based on VPMS and developing improvement
- Conducting Stock Audit by every Quarterly and reporting to management
- Follow-up with logistics for movement and goods receipt of parts at storage area
- Vendor visit and audit for FIFO/Container/Stock level/review Previous Issues
- Lead cross functional groups to 4M management for special project activities
- Container Management for each product approval before Supply start
- Operator Skill Enhancement through Continuous Training and evaluation
