• Manage receipt, storage, and issuance of plumbing materials such as pipes, fittings, valves, taps, sanitary items, adhesives, and accessories.
• Verify incoming materials against Purchase Orders (POs), invoices, and delivery challans.
• Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/SAP or inventory management systems, monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to prevent shortages.
• Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.
• Ensure proper storage, labelling, and bin management of plumbing items.
• Track slow-moving, non-moving, and damaged inventory and report discrepancies.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and project/site teams for material requirements.
• Prepare Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), material issue slips, and other store documentation.
• Monitor Reorder Levels (ROL) and generate purchase requisitions when required.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and housekeeping practices within the store.
• Maintain FIFO (First In, First Out) practices where applicable.
• Handle vendor coordination for material returns, replacements, and warranty claims.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and consumption reports.
• Support smooth material availability for maintenance, construction, or plumbing projects.
