• Designed and shipped the enterprise IAM platform over 30+ production PRs: role-based access control, service identities, authentication providers with group/domain mapping, and fine-grained authorization, securing multi-tenant access for 350+ customers.
• Led the platform-wide query builder migration from v3/v4 to v5 across all five product surfaces (logs, traces, metrics, dashboards, alerts) while preserving backward compatibility for saved views and alert payloads. Built a CodeMirror extension that surfaces query validation errors inline as users type.
• Designed two of the community's most-requested capabilities: a no-auth/impersonation mode enabling air-gapped and CI deployments, and runtime base-path configuration with browser-storage isolation for hosting behind reverse proxies.
• Owned the Dashboard module for 18+ months and built its variable dependency engine, using graph-based resolution with topological sorting and cyclic dependency detection, and shipped URL-synchronized dashboard state for sharing, plus panel features used across every customer dashboard.
• Introduced first-class message queue observability for Kafka and Celery across 30+ PRs, covering consumer-lag and drop-rate analysis, scenario-driven dashboards, and task graphs, opening a new product domain for the platform.
• Set up the frontend testing infrastructure from scratch (Jest coverage tooling, 200+ tests) and drove design-system adoption with semantic tokens, automatic light/dark theming, and a shadcn/ui component library.

• Awarded Star Performer twice (Q2 2022, Q3 2023), a global recognition across the engineering organization.
• Owned Services, Environments, and Pipelines, the core modules of Harness's highest-revenue product, within an 80–100-engineer organization. Shipped 350+ merged PRs and led two end-to-end product revamps.
• Led the Customer-Facing Defect (CFD) squad for 4+ months, owning triage of critical production issues and enterprise customer escalations.
• Raised frontend test coverage from 40% to 85% across 250+ test files using React Testing Library, Jest, and Cypress, hardening the most business-critical modules of the CD platform.
• Built the cross-module Navigation Framework (global and module-level routing) and Downtime Notifications, both adopted across all Harness product areas.
