I work closely with global supplier partners and cross-functional teams to build scalable, efficient, and high-quality production services while supporting product innovation and business growth.
Recently, I established a structured supplier feedback framework to drive continuous improvement, negotiated the introduction of a new Fast Track service that reduced costs by 10% while improving turnaround time by 38%, and contributed to the successful rollout of a strategic production management system that had previously been on hold. I am also responsible for developing insights from the book author feedback survey.
