- Ensuring timely supplies of right Quality and Quantity with NIL pendency and hence ensuring Marketing Profitability.
- Planning and coordination with HPCL to enhance Monthly Bottling Targets and planning for manpower duty roster on weekly basis.
- Organize and give Toolbox Talks to the contract workers to make them understand importance of safety.
- Coordinating with internal and external customers to meet full demand.
- Inventory Control: Inventory management.
- On daily Basis review report/MIS/inventory requirement to higher authority of IOCL and MEIPL.

Involved in leading a team of associates like Engineers, Supervisors, Technicians, and Technical Operators in Operation Maintenance & Troubleshooting of various Plant Machinery like Pumps (LPG, Service Water, Fire Water), Reciprocating & Screw Compressors (LPG, Air), Diesel Generators & Engines, LPG Filling Carousels, Electronic Gas Detectors, Chain Conveyor Systems, Gearboxes, Blowers, Exhaust Fans, Control Valves, Fire Water Hydrant System & Plant Safety Systems.
- Ensure compliance with the health and safety aspects of Fire Protection systems like a Sprinkler system, Deluge valve, Hydrant system, Gas flooding system, Water monitor, fire extinguishers, fire water pump sets, and jockey pump with in-depth knowledge of maintenance and testing.

- Involved in the operation and maintenance of LPG TT Loading Pumps, LPG Bottling Pump and LPG Compressor to ensure proper functioning of the tripping system.
- Update inventory of critical spares to avoid major breakdown within the given budget. Prepare and implement plant budget and expenses.
- Coordinate activities related to installing, commissioning and maintenance of LPG Equipment, Instrumentation and Automation Systems.
- Participate in various types of audit and inspections namely External Audit as per OISD, Internal Safety audit (ISA), Maintenance and Inspection audit, Security Audit, and Electrical Safety Audit.
- Maintain fire and safety equipment like Fire engine shed, Pump House, Pipeline Transfer (PLT), monitoring of all ROVs & MOVs, and lining the pipeline for pipeline transfer.
- Adhered to safety measures and production execution standards, as well as guiding the technicians to perform the operations uniformly to ensure consistent output.
Operation & Maintenance Officer - Core Energy Systems Pvt Ltd - BPCL, Piyala (Faidabad)

- Ensured effective supervision of LPG Bottling Operations including manpower handling and deployment for shift duty.
- Managed operations & maintenance, employee training, quality assurance, and pressure testing of vessels, including breakdown maintenance, and reduction in downtime with planned maintenance.
- Implemented Preventive Maintenance Schedule. Daily/weekly checks of all equipment in the filling Shed & also, DG, Air Compressor, LPG Pump & Compressor, Fire Engine etc.
- Focused on calibration and configuration of field instruments like Level Transmitters, Differential Pressure Transmitters, Temperature Transmitters, pressure gauges, and temperature Gauges.
