- Maintain 5-S on line.
- Daily monitoring Loading & Unloading Sheet.
- Maintain all Tool Room Documents as per IATF.
- Manufacturing of all types of Gauges, Fixtures & Dies.
- Automation handling in machines.
- Manpower arrangement for assignments.
- Maintain tool breakdown details.
- Participate in customer complaint issues related to tools.
- Handle tool breakdowns raised by production.
- Prepare weekly MIS and share with Tool Room Head.
- Analyze daily breakdown and implement corrective measures.
- Perform preventive maintenance and maintain records.
- Operate lathe machine, M1TR milling machine, cylindrical grinding machine, surface grinding machine, tool & cutter machine, broach reshaping machine, slotting machine.
- Manual work in VMC machine.
