Managing day-to-day Salesforce operations through internal ticketing systems, including user setup, profile management, and configuration of fields, layouts, validation rules, and automation to support business-as-usual activities.
Executing bulk data operations across standard and custom Salesforce objects (Accounts, Contacts, Campaigns, etc.) using tools such as Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, and Workbench.
Building and maintaining real-time Salesforce reports and dashboards, delivering actionable insights to leadership and operational teams.
Managing integrations to ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and external systems: ERP - Certinia, Supply Chain - Chainpoint, Certification - INTACT, Training - Trackstar, Communication -Mailchimp, Ownbackup, Rollup Helper, Conga, S-Docs and Jotform.
Data Governance & Quality Assurance:
Driving data integrity initiatives in partnership with data owners and Salesforce champions to ensure clean, accurate, and up-to-date data for decision-making.
Implementing automated validation rules, reporting mechanisms, and dashboards to enforce data quality and support strategic analysis.
Tracking and assessing new Salesforce releases and emerging software features, proactively identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Engagement & Training:
Developing and maintaining system documentation, SOPs, and governance materials to support internal training and digital capacity building across teams.
Conducting user training and workshops to increase adoption and enhance user experience.
Vendor & Technology Management:
Supervising external Salesforce consultants and vendors to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery aligned with business transformation goals.
Managing vendor relationships for ERP and IVR solutions, including contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and system integration with Salesforce.
Researching and evaluating emerging technologies and tools to improve process efficiency and support organizational innovation.
