Efficiently handle high-volume accounting entries in Travwin with fast typing speed, high accuracy, and quick adaptability to complex system workflows.
Generate accurate e-invoices and e-way bills using CRM and accounting software; oversee the creation of Purchase Orders and Proforma invoices.
Perform GST bill reconciliations and follow up with vendors; manage the booking of purchase bills and expenses while ensuring appropriate TDS deductions.
Prepare and present Tally stock reports and debit/creditor aging lists to management and marketing teams to facilitate informed decision-making.
Maintain petty cash vouchers and manage the weekly/monthly distribution of account statements to clients to ensure records remain current.
Facilitate the vendor registration process by completing necessary documentation and coordinating with clients.
