§ Heading Complete Plant Operations, Operation-Management, Production (Assembly, Press-shop, CNC Machine shop, Moulding, Brazing, Spot & CO2 Welding, Powder Coating), Stores Management, Maintenance, Ind. Engineering, Mfg. Excellence. Experience in leading the Team of 295 employees.
§ Responsible for P&L, Budgeting Revenue & Capital Expenditures (CAPEX), controlling Working Capital
§ Key player in set-up the new plant & system establishment capable to handle the 800 personnel.
§ Experience of managing multiple Shops, multiple product Assembly lines, with high production volume.
§ Managing the Asset / Machine Utilization through proper Production Planning & Productivity Monitoring & Measurement system
§ Define the KPI/KRA for Department, MPCP to meet the Organizational objectives,
§ Key Player in Driving Continual Improvement & achieving Manufacturing Excellence through LEAN management, TQM, 5S, TPM, DWM, KIZEN, Cost Reduction
§ Member of team Manufacturing 4.0 through making the SMART Machine
§ Key player for TQM Deming Award Diagnosis & journey.
§ ERP systems such as SAP, BAAN & MapicX
§ QMS ISO:9000, ISO: 14000.
§ Ensuring safe working environment through adherence of best SAFETY practices.
§ Interpersonal skills, multitasking with an ability to interact with a wide range of people. Able to maintain the good IR with operators. Experienced in handling the unionized operators.
§ Educationally enriched with M.M.S in Material & Production management, PGDBM & Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
