Autonomous coding agent on a multi-model AI gateway
- Started as an OpenAI-compatible model gateway: one endpoint routing each request across 50+ models by cost and task, with reasoning passes, policy guardrails and metered token budgets. Grew to 400K+ users and $250K in revenue in the first two months after launching on AppSumo.
- Rearchitected it into a long-running coding agent. Work is organised as plays, each a named outcome with its own pipeline, wake-up reasons, stop condition and permission boundary, so an agent keeps shipping on a schedule instead of responding prompt by prompt.
- Made autonomy something the system earns. Each pattern runs a supervised pilot before it is ever scheduled, changes land as reviewable pull requests in the customer's own repository, nothing counts as done while CI is red, and every run leaves a receipt of what changed, what proved it and what it cost.
- Put hard edges on the autonomy: per-run spend ceilings that stop work at the cap, and an escalation policy that returns money, scope and irreversible or security-sensitive actions to the human.
- Kept the gateway underneath as a standalone developer product, sharing one token balance with agent work, and ran the whole platform on GCP Kubernetes with request logging, rate limiting and usage analytics.

Goal-driven agent platform for running a company
- Built the agent platform: autonomous agents running around the clock in isolated Kubernetes pods. Launched to #3 Product of the Day and #9 Product of the Week on Product Hunt.
- Commercially deployed two agent runtimes, PicoClaw and Moltis, with runtime isolation and per-tool-call metering billed against a prepaid wallet.
- Moved it from an AI employee platform to a goal-driven operating system. A company states an outcome, a central agent holding company context plans it, and specialist agents pick up go-to-market, research, content and operations, generating purpose-built mini apps on demand instead of shipping a fixed feature set.
- Made the agents improve with use. Files, decisions and results persist in shared company memory, so each run is informed by the last, and recurring work runs on a schedule across Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, HubSpot and GitHub.
Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer at Papersafe (2025-11 – 2026-06)
AI due diligence for deal counsel. Acquired by a law firm in June 2026.
- Built the extraction layer: a multilingual OCR and document-understanding engine that reads scanned and image-only PDFs, pulls out clauses and figures, and cites the exact source page for every value using RAG over Chroma.
- Designed the pipeline for review rather than blind trust. Low-confidence extractions are flagged for a human instead of failing silently, and results land in an Excel-style review grid.
- Implemented per-document access control and per-page watermarking so counsel could share confidential filings through virtual data rooms without losing chain of custody.

- Built an AI multi-ball tracking system for golf, covering data collection, model training, pruning and refinement through to system integration.
- Developed computer vision and ML workflows for industrial AI applications.
