• Looking after overall compliance of E-invoice and E-way bill requirement. Maintaining reconciliation of invoices / credit note raised with E-way bill portal data.
• Reconciliation of Sales with books, preparing, and filing of GSTR-1 return.
• Reconciliation of input tax credit as per books with GSTR-2B, preparing and filing of GSTR-3B return.
• Monthly reconciliation of GST ledgers as per books with GST ledger as per portal.
• Compliance with reverse charge mechanism, following up with vendors for resolving Input tax credit mismatch and complaining other GST rules.
• Looking after overall TDS & TCS compliance, preparation and filing of TDS & TCS return.
• Preparing Income tax computation quarterly basis, advance tax working, and compliance with 15CA / CB requirement.
• Co-ordinating with Statutory Auditors, GST Auditor, Cost Auditor and Internal Auditor. Preparing working and schedules for Income Tax and GST audit.
• Handling litigation matters in respect of GST and Income Tax , coordinating with consultant, preparing data and workings for submission.
• Preparing PPT and Process notes regarding process to be followed for compliance with E-way bill rule, E-invoicing and GST rules.
