I am a Mechanical Design Engineer with hands-on experience in industrial machine and plant design, particularly powder coating plants and surface finishing systems. I have around 5 years of experience working with SolidWorks and AutoCAD, including GA drawings, 2D/3D layouts, assemblies, sheet-metal and structural-frame design, BOMs, fabrication drawings, clearances and tolerances. I also have experience coordinating with production and shop-floor teams from design modification through manufacturing, trial, measurement and final correction.
I am currently working in the Design & R&D department at Crescent Techno Solution Pvt. Ltd., Greater Noida. I am now looking for an opportunity where I can apply my mechanical design experience to larger and more challenging engineering projects and continue growing professionally.
My main work is industrial machine and plant design, especially powder coating plants and surface finishing systems. I work on GA drawings, plant layouts, 2D and 3D modelling, assemblies and sub-assemblies using SolidWorks and AutoCAD. I also work on sheet-metal components, structural frames, conveyors, BOMs, fabrication drawings, clearances and tolerances.
My involvement is not limited to designing. I coordinate with production and the shop floor during fabrication, machine setup and trials. If any issue comes during manufacturing or trial, I understand the problem, modify the design or drawing, and implement the correction. So I have practical exposure from design through manufacturing and final trial.
