My hard work and dedication were recognized with three consecutive awards for being the best QA of the month. Before this role, I spent a year at Teleperformance India Pvt. Ltd. as a Customer Service Associate, where I was promoted to off-paper SME within four months.

During this time, I also gained valuable experience as a quality analyst through my work as an acting QA. My eagerness to learn new skills and technologies sets me apart, and I am always seeking new challenges and opportunities to grow professionally. I am confident in my abilities, especially in MS Excel and MS Word, and have a proven track record of using these tools effectively.
