I’m saikrishna who enjoys learning, sharing knowledge, and making complex ideas simple and practical. With a background in Agricultural Engineering and a natural interest in technology and communication, I find purpose in helping others grow through clear understanding. I’m curious by nature, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in environments where growth, collaboration, and impact come together.

I am currently working as a Technical Trainer at the Mahindra Excellence Centre, Mahindra & Mahindra – Farm Division. In this role, I specialize in delivering comprehensive training sessions to dealer technicians, sales executives, and plant officials. My focus is on enhancing their understanding of product specifications, features, and technical functionalities to ensure superior customer support and product knowledge across the value chain.

With hands-on experience in both technical and product training, I aim to bridge the gap between engineering design and end-user application. I am passionate about making complex technical information easy to understand and actionable for diverse audiences.

I hold a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree in Agricultural Engineering from Sam Higginbottom Institute of Agriculture, Technology and Sciences (SHIATS), completed in 2024 with a 79% score. Prior to that, I earned a Diploma in Agricultural Engineering from Professor Jayashankar Telangana State Agricultural University (PJTSAU) in 2019, also with 79%. My academic background has provided me with a strong foundation in agricultural machinery, farm mechanization, and product design, which supports my current role as a Technical Trainer in the agricultural sector.
