Worked as a Technical Document Writer in the System Engineering department for Nokia's 1830 PSS product line. The Nokia 1830 Photonic Service Switch (PSS) consists of platforms optimized for varying optical network deployment environments ranging from interconnecting data centers to efficiently scaling large metro, regional and long-haul multi-layer, multiservice optical networks. It is the industry's first wavelength division multiplexing (WDM) platform to provide flexible and automated WDM networking capabilities for metro, regional, and long-haul networks. 1830 PSS helps establish connections between different network devices.

It provides next-generation DWDM multiservice, multilayer P-OTN connectivity.

• Defining and documenting CLI, MD-CLI and TL1 interfaces for Equipment, Facility, Performance, and OTH Management levels for 1830 PSS, PSI, OLS, GLS and TPS products.
• Had good knowledge of optical networking domain concepts and CLI Interface.
• Concepts such as DWDM, OSPF, OTN, SNMP, SDLC and IP Networking etc.
• Structured planning and documentation of CLI, TL1 commands based on high level requirements provided by feature experts and PLM teams.
• Design, develop and maintain the CLI product detail level requirements documentation.
