My education background and versatile multinational/ multi culture experience make me a suitable candidate for the position. My twenty plus year of pragmatic experience as mentioned below :
I was associated with Department of Agriculture, Animal husbandry and Cooperative, Government of Jharkhand as Sr. Consultant for Periodic report on policy reforms undertaken by State and Central Government. Assist the government in framing departmental extension policies, Drafting of reforms policy, concept notes, suggestion for implementation monitoring and evaluation of projects and schemes.
I have worked with UNDP – United Nations Development Program, with NGOs – Non Govt. Organizations like Volunteer Service Overseas (resource management), U.K, CARD – Centre For Advance R&D (rural development sector), Raigadh Shahayog Samity (rural / socio economic development), CGDPRP funded by World Bank.
My adaptable experience with learning attitude, top skills, working as a teacher, team player and a team leader for non-technical, technical and management associates are the vital point of my success which I would love to share and leverage in your esteem organization.
