Brief Nature of Work
- Set up secure Wi-Fi, LAN and VAN networks at remote locations, leading client/server configuration and performance-tuning of crucial infrastructure to ensure seamless business operations.
- Installation of windows 7/8/10 and also installed server 2012 R2 & server 2016.
- Troubleshooting Desktop and laptop.
- Installation of various types of software like MS office, antivirus, Drivers with the help of remote
- Installation and maintaining Video conference devices (Panasonic).
- Responsible for Audio, VC devices and projector, connect VC devices to other location.
- Provides Technical support to Remote users from telephonically or remote.
- Conduct meeting through cisco Webex Platform Google meet Zoom , Platform Video connect etc.
- Installation VC device like VC camera, VC mic, HDMI switcher mic, controlling unit amplifier, mixer etc.
