- Accelerometer characterization for various IMU/INS.
- Fine tuning and Frequency measurement test for VTOF card used in FOG based IMU/INS.
- CEMILAC screening (Stabilization, Thermal shock and Power burn-in) tests for VTOF Card. Circuit analysis and debugging of Hardware.
- Environment Stress Screening (ESS) like Vibration Testing, Thermal cycling (R&D) testing, High/low temperature and Damp Heat for IMU/INS.
- Operation and handling of equipments like Frequency counter, Oscilloscopes, DMM, Meggar test, Function generator, Rate table simulators and temperature chambers. Knowledge on cleaning, coating, soldering of cards and integration of unit.
- Data plotting using MATLAB and dev C++ language.
- Preparing the Internal Reports and ATLs of cards level used in IMU and INS.
- Loading of Bit, MCS and Bin files into FPGA and Processor boards using Xilinx and Impact software. Practical exposure to the tools like Xilinx ISE, dev C++, MATLAB.
- Involved in finctional testing of IMU/INS: Non-linearities, Sign checks, MCS creating and flashing, Bias and Six-Position.
- IMU/INS unit testing for various Missile applications like QRSAM, NGARM, ASTRA, AKASH, ADANI, BDL and HAL.
