• Read and reviewed research papers on cervical cancer where i collected and compiled data on IncRNA, miRNA genes and transcription factors.
• Learned how IncRNA, miRNA and transcription factors are involved in cancer progression.
• Extracted important information on literature and added it into sheets for further analysis.
• Used Bioinformatics tools like miRBase, RNAcentral, StarBase and DIANA to explore data.
• Got hands-on idea of data searching, organizing and understanding results.
