Saji Shafeer

I'd like to apply for the post of English Teacher. My name is Mrs. Saji Shafeer, and I currently reside in Kerala, India. I hold an M.A., a B.A. in English Language and Literature, and a B.Ed. in Education. I have 15 years of English teaching experience, including three years in schools. I am seeking a full-time teaching position.

In my previous position as an English Language Lecturer at the College of Arts and Science in Saudi Arabia, I implemented innovative and student-centered teaching methods that effectively met diverse learning needs. I have always focused on creating a dynamic classroom environment where students feel safe and encouraged to express themselves. My collaborative approach has allowed me to work effectively with colleagues to develop comprehensive course materials and engage students in meaningful co-curricular activities, enhancing their overall learning experience.

My academic background, including a Master of Arts in English Language and Literature and a Bachelor of Education, has equipped me with the pedagogical skills and subject expertise necessary to deliver engaging lessons. I believe that education is instrumental in shaping students' lives, and I am committed to fostering creativity and higher-order thinking in the classroom, ensuring that each student feels empowered to achieve their best.
