Stakeholder engagement, prioritization, and relationship management.
Exposure to SAFe and presiding and taking corrective action for agile ceremonies, including Sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews, and backlog management using tools like TFS, JIRA, and Azure DevOps, Rally so that the scope/delivery timelines of the projects are met.
Worked in matrix managing other project managers/product owners and project co-ordinators for product roadmap /business outcomes
