Key Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-screening of loan applications as per company policy and eligibility norms.
• Generate and verify TransUnion (TU) CIBIL reports for all loan applications.
• Perform TVR verification and coordinate Personal Discussion (PD) commitments.
• Analyze customer income using CAM sheets and perform detailed credit underwriting.
• Review, validate, and recommend loan proposals through the credit approval system.
• Ensure conditional approvals are processed within defined TAT and coordinate with the sales team.
• Manage legal and technical verification processes through external vendors.
• Obtain internal legal and technical approvals for loan recommendations.
• Prepare MODT documentation as per legal requirements.
• Generate and verify CERSAI reports.
• Handle end-to-end loan disbursement activities and resolve operational queries.
• Ensure disbursement documents are submitted to Head Office within T+2 timelines.
• Prepare and circulate daily MIS reports to Credit and Sales teams.
• Monitor collections and repayment follow-up for accounts up to 12 months.
• Coordinate cluster vendor bill processing and payment follow-up.
• Track OTC and PDD compliance and ensure timely closure.
• Resolve audit observations and compliance-related queries.
• Conduct daily huddle meetings focused on policy updates, process training, and business improvement.
