• Responsible for breakdowns of mobile testing machines (SPM) like – Audio leak tester, Audio testing machine, Antenna testing machine, Camera testing machine, Camera calibration & camera verification machine, OIS testing machine, Display testing machine, UCT (universal current test), In-display finger print testing machine
• To maintain a departmental KPI targets – MTTR, MTBF & FPY
• Performing Total Productive Maintenance of machine for improving machine efficiency
• Handling various RF test instruments including CMW100 and power sensor and signal generators and National instruments NI max and Agilent IO tools.
• Test setup readiness according to product requirements in different test platforms
• Coordinate with the Customer & ODM team if we have any product related issues on the built.
• Completing the NPI Line readiness/ changeover within the target time. Maintain the NTF (Non true failure) & Downtime under target. Doing GRR for testers and corrective actions & Downtime under target.
• Performing GRR of testers and corrective actions in case of tester report failures.
• Preparation RCA, CAPA, and NPI testers reports for internal and Global review meetings.
• Support to the complete FAI process after customer software programming which includes various CPV tests & blur version tests.
• Coordinating with the Cross –Functional Team to achieve the production target and NPI
