The client determines the amount that expects to receive for the specimen. The project activities include Preparation of Estimations, Requirement Analysis, Test cases, Test execution, Test result preparation and Test Summary report. The purpose of project is to create the ability to obtain the ordered test from which a billable CPT code was derived, and include the test number when submitting HIPAA 5010 837 claims to payers that participate in a Lab Benefits Management (LBM) program such as Beacon Lab Benefit Solutions (BLBS).
