With over 10 years of experience in ESG and sustainability analysis, IT consulting, and project management, I am eager to contribute in driving impactful transformation in alignment with global sustainability goals. My extensive experience in assessing ESG risks and opportunities, optimizing sustainability strategies, and enhancing corporate governance has equipped me with the skills necessary to make a meaningful impact, at the organizations I have worked so far.

In my most recent role as a Senior Associate / ESG Ratings Specialist at MSCI, I successfully conducted ESG assessments for over 400 companies, transforming raw data into actionable insights for stakeholders and investors. I have worked extensively with internationally recognized ESG standards, including BRSR, GRI, SASB, and TCFD, enabling companies to improve their sustainability performance and meet regulatory and investor expectations. My ability to drive improvements in ESG rating models, while maintaining a consistency and productivity rate of over 90%, showcases my commitment to continuous enhancement and operational efficiency.

I have developed a deep understanding of ESG metrics, data security, human capital management, and clean technologies, all of which are critical to advancing sustainability goals in today’s business landscape.

During my tenure at Ernst & Young (EY) GDS, I conducted ESG benchmarking through peer analyses of annual, investor relations, and sustainability reports, aiding clients in refining their strategic positioning. I also developed sustainability-driven business strategies and net-zero decarbonization roadmaps, demonstrating my ability to align corporate initiatives with environmental imperatives.

My experience at ITC Foods allowed me to apply analytical skills by creating sales dashboards using MS Excel to optimize data-driven decision-making and enhance sustainable business models. Similarly, as a Senior Consultant Intern at VXXIV Corp., I contributed to Adorset’s sustainability efforts by streamlining fashion strategies with a circularity-based approach.

Additionally, my role at Sage Sustainability expanded my expertise in ESG reporting, where I worked on Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) reports and conducted comprehensive benchmarking across CDP, DJSI, TCFD, IR, and SASB frameworks. Through business development initiatives, I introduced BRSR to clients and contributed to strategy proposals, reinforcing my ability to bridge sustainability regulations with corporate implementation.

Additionally, my certification in Lean Six Sigma and Scrum, along with my hands-on experience in creating data-driven dashboards and market analyses, has enabled me to optimize business processes and facilitate sustainable business development.
