• Scheduling & monitoring the SAP & Linux/Unix jobs.
• Creating MBS and applying policies.
• Creating the connection between Stonebranch and SAP.
• Stopping/starting the Agent services during the upgrade agent & certificate renewal plan.
• Stopping the jobs & suspend the agent during the pre-outage. Starting the Jobs and resume agent after post outage.
• Troubleshooting the issues when jobs got fails.
• Acknowledging the tickets on time in service now tool and keeping the SLA green always.
• Job Modification (change (Time, variant, program, Dependency, Failure alert etc.))
• Job scheduling (Creation of New job, trigger, workflow etc.)
• Daily BAU work (Job re-ran, ad-hoc launch, mark finished, Hold, release job, P1 Callout, Failed instance clear)
• Dashboard analysing: (In doubt, start failure, execution wait, failed job, Task monitor failure)
• Daily Housekeeping: clearing Task monitor, long running, failed jobs etc.
• Calendar update requests
• Handling Execution Wait issue for the jobs.
• Managed role-based access control and user provisioning across multi-environment deployments.
• Built and promoted bundles for job promotion between environments, ensuring dependency accuracy.
• Actively contributed to OS patching activities, verifying job recoveries post-maintenance windows.
• Supported agent installation and upgrades, ensuring business continuity with rollback strategies.
