In particular, I have: 15+ years’ of proven records experience in managing teams of people on a variety of complex projects. (Primary Reformer's, Secondary reformer's,. Heaters & Various furnace.) in Steel, Oil &Gas and Power Generation sector.
An engineering background which gives me the ability to quickly grasp new technical detail (EN , ISO , ASTM and British Standard ) and assess implications for operational planning ( from Extracting details to various EN Specification to Material Selection up to Final Delivery of Products / Project Execution ).
Failure Analysis. Superb relationship-building skills enabling project team members to focus on tasks even during challenging times.
Playing a Pivot role in proposal phases with giving insights , extracting details from various PSU / PMC / END user specification , prepare a technical query with impact schedule / cost impact in Project / Product.
Guiding and education of trainees plus mentorship for engineers. Conduct regular Lessons learned & Team meetings.
