Prepare, review and Deliver to the client fund performance, Expense ratios, Asset based fee report, Board reports, Prospector reports and budgets etc. on Daily, Monthly, Quarterly and Annually basis.

• Work closing with compliance, Tax, legal departments in order to deliver the reports to clients.
• Fund & ETF’s set up on systems and work closing with client in order to ensure the reports are met client expectation.
• Prepare, review & process the client’s invoices for daily, weekly and

Monthly. Work closing with cash team to process invoices

• Prepares and review of Asset base fees for diff clients as per deadlines and process to payment on same.
• Closely monitoring and review of Expense ratios, caps and do the needful adjustment entries to make them inline without NAV impacts.
• Recoupment schedule and top side entries if needed to make financials more accurate
• Different categories of expenses Budgets, Analysis of Expense and payables, Accruals implementation, Funds Liquidation/mergers treatments etc.
• Closely tracking of Funds Distribution schedule and preparation of projections and COT's/Distribution packs for Monthly, Quarterly, semi-

annually & Annually

• Performance reporting to clients as per deadlines daily, Monthly,

Quarterly, Annually and resolution of queries on the same

• Closing work with FR team and provide the requested reports like ANA,

Expense tables, periodic returns, Growth charts etc. for Prospectus and

Annual reports.

• Closely monitor DDA balances, transfers, overdraft etc. to function vendors payments smoothly to avoid any breaks.
• Closely tracking of any Ad hoc requests by other departments like Audit,

N-port, FA, Legal, FR etc..

• Review of surveys prepared by JV and delivered to the respective agencies on basis of monthly, Quarterly and Annually.
• Works on diff applications like Bloomberg, Expense manager, MCH,

Confluence/Unity, Myss, having knowledge of SailPoint, IMT, Alteryx,

Task manager and Service now etc.
