Health & Safety Management :
- Develop and Implement Occupational Health and Safety Wellbeing Management System and Business Continuity Plan to protect the Organization and our Employees, Customers, Visitors and Contractual staff from any adverse impact or Health and Safety arising from our activities. This include but is not limited to Hazard and Identification of Risk, Comply with statutory Compliances related to Safety, Conduct Safety Audits, 5 Why Analysis of Incidents, Near Misses, Unsafe condition and Unsafe Behavior. Etc
Budget Management:- Prepare, Monitor, Control and Execute the Budget and to ensure it does not incur an adverse variance – actual spend being more than receipts in.
Project Management: - To ensure that the project runs to time, provides what the client actually wants and most importantly, remain within budget.
Contract Management :- Creating, implementing, and reviewing contracts including but not limited to managing contract terms, conditions, deliverables, and deadlines.
Customer Relationship Management :- Put in a strategy and set of technologies to manage interactions and data with customers, aiming to improve relationships, enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
To achieve customer excellence by designing and executing comprehensive service improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing satisfaction levels.

Transition Management (Projects to Facility) :
- Ensuring a smooth handover of responsibilities, documentation, and knowledge to the facility management team. This includes compiling documentation, identifying asset inventory, establishing communication channels, building the facility operations team and Mobilization of the Facility which includes deployment of staff, ensuring snags are attended, procurement of assets, preparing SOP's and site operational processes for smooth operation of the facility
Compliance Management :- To ensure 100% compliances by Identifying applicable laws and regulations, developing policies and procedures that align with those laws and regulations, Monitoring and assessing systems to ensure compliance and to close compliance gaps
Adopt Cost Saving Measures :- Put in actions that reduce expenses while maintaining service quality to improve productivity and operational efficiency. Developed new revenue streams by identifying growth opportunities and forging strategic partnerships with key industry players.
Planned Preventive Maintenance:- To prepare a schedule of regular maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures which includes Condition-based maintenance, Predictive maintenance, Time-based maintenance, and Usage-based maintenance.
Audits :- Plan and Conduct Internal and External Audits to ensure improved efficiency, cost reduction, enhanced risk management, and better compliance, ultimately leading to improved operational performance and strategic decision-making.
Operational Management Information System (MIS) :- Prepare MIS for Management review including information that focuses on providing real-time information for day-to-day operational activities and decision-making, helping organizations manage their core processes and improve efficiency.
