- Closely chase the fabric team to get in the bulk fabric as per TNA
- Closely work with trims team to get in house all the trims & accessories as per TNA
- Get PP approval on time
- Conduct the PP meeting with production team
- Hand over complete production file along with PP sample& test reports to production team & QA team
- Ensure to get shipment approval on time
- Get cut plan to FI plan from FM
- Make sure to send booking to the forwder
- Organize the FI
- Move the goods on time and make sure the goods reach to the forwarder in time
- Effective communication with buyers, suppliers, forwarders., etc.
- Giving suggestion & analyzing problems to achieving on-time shipments
- Motivating the team members to achieve the desired result
- Take quick decisions & find solution for all kind of work related difficulties in day to day activities
