Counselling

Psychology, specializing in family systems, relationship dynamics, academic stress and anxiety, adolescent well-being and school counselling. My practical experience includes fieldwork at The Mind Research Foundation in Bengaluru, and internship at Thanal Kochi based institution where I engaged with diverse client concerns and deepened my understanding of therapeutic processes. I bring warmth, empathy, and a client-centered approach as well as cognitive behavior therapy to my work, often integrating creative modalities such as art- and music-based activities to foster openness, emotional expression, and engagement.

I have also completed 30 + hours of pro bono therapy sessions under supervision.
