• Maintenance of different equipments like Conveyors, SCR's, Wagon tipplers, Pusher cars, Charging cars, Door extractors, lifters and coke chambers, Transfer cars(Locos).
• PLC Expertise Proficient in maintaining and troubleshooting and commissioning of SIEMENS S7-300, S7-400, S7-1200 (Step-7 Simatic Manager, TIA portal v.18), SCHNEIDER Quantum series140 &M340 (Unity Pro XL), GE-Fanuc (versamax, RX-3i) PLC with proficy machine edition, Allen Bradely 5575(l-75), Micrologix PLC(RS-Logix-5000), Delta AH 531(ISP SOFT 3.16) programming and modifications in logic as per requirement.
• Comprehensive knowledge and trouble shooting of communication protocols as modbus, profibus, ethernet, ofc communication. Experienced in modification and trouble shooting of scada systems based on siemens wincc, factory talk view of AllenBradely.
• Power Electronics: Experienced in working with VFDs of Schneider ATV 71, AT980 (AFE), Delta C2000, C2000+, ABB ACS 800, 880, yasakawa and Vacon, from 7.5 kw to 450 kw ratings and UPS's from 3kva to 110kva systems of Emerson, Hi-Rel.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and repairing various types of PCBs, including VFD power and control PCBs, PLC power modules, input/output modules, and other electrical equipment. Testing of repaired PCBs of various equipment using specialized test kits developed in-house.
• Experienced in checking electrical drawings of power and control circuit wiring for fault identification. Ability to work independently as well as part of a crossfunctional team in order to rectify the breakdown.
• Attending regular inspections, PPM's of different equipments of RMHP&COCCP as per schedule and attend breakdowns at any time as per the need of the company.
• Collaborate with site engineers to identify electrical and electronic item requirements, and oversee the procurement process to ensure timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
• Quality Assurance and 5S: Responsible for adhering to ISO standards like QMS ISO 9001:2015, EMS ISO 14001:2015, EnMS ISO 50001:2018, OHSMS ISO 45001:2018 maintaining 5S practices & implemented kaizens and ensuring proper documentation.
• Technical Evaluation and Contract Management: Provide expert technical recommendations, finalize contracts, monitor project progress, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely billing and successful execution.
