I am a professional Personal Trainer with hands on exposure of over 5 years in Body Transformation including last 1 year as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for Athletes competing in Asian Games & Youth Olympic.
Accredited with CSCS from NSCA, I am well versed with Exercise Science, Exercise Techniques, Human Anatomy, Physiology, Designing Programs, Nutrition Requirements, Diet Planning, Client Psychology, Evidence Based Testing, Biomechanics and rehabilitation. So far I have successfully trained over 60 Clients (including Athletes) on sustainable basis, from varied Physio-Psychological background as well as varied age groups. I count “Customer Satisfaction” as the only bench mark for achievement. I am flexible, Adaptable, willing to work as per convenient time of the Clients, put in extra hours or working on holidays , with periodic MIS to the Management on status of progress of Clients.
Besides CSCS, I am also accredited with Life Saving First Aid & CPR Certification from Directorate of Industrial Safety and Health, India, Certification as a Personal Fitness Trainer (ACE) from American Council on Exercise (Under Renewal) and Certification in Advanced Fitness Training by Proton Fitness Academy, Bangalore.
I am well versed in both on-site and remote Training Classes, through Customized Modules, tailored to reach wellness goals with prescribed Nutrition, Diet, Workout plan (Muscular, Cardiovascular, Others), Sleep, Positive inducements, Counselling and Motivation. Starting with assessing the Fitness of Clients, the Training Sessions consist of Demonstrations, Guidance on safe use of equipment’s as well as postures and regular feedback to Clients on their status through mail, WhatsApp, Messenger and other desired modes.
Overall, I bring a comprehensive set of skills that have been meticulously honed by me as a Personal Trainer as well as Strength and Conditioning Coach, in my career of over 5 years. My Certification with CSCS (NSCA), ACE and CPR has enabled me to have a deeper insight in to the Fitness regime to facilitate positive Changes and ensure an impactful outcome within a fixed time frame.
