Analysing the key hallmarks of MAFLD in the liver tissues of mice fed with a high fat, high fructose diet.

• Worked on C57BL/6 mice fed with an HFHF diet for 22 weeks to establish an in vivo model of MAFLD.
• Performed liver tissue gene expression analysis using RT-qPCR to study molecular hallmarks.
• Analyzed expression of genes such as CD36, SCD1, and LIPA, associated with lipid metabolism and disease progression.
• Results indicated upregulation of lipid accumulation and inflammatory markers, validating the HFHF diet model for studying MAFLD pathogenesis.

Deciphering the role of GRP78 in growth and migration of breast carcinoma cells: Involvement of a natural anthraquinone- Emodin

• Reviewed literature on the role of GRP78 in cancer progression and unfolded protein response.
• Observed Western blotting experiments conducted in the lab to analyze protein expression profiles.
• Collected and interpreted experimental results to evaluate the effect of Emodin on GRP78 expression.
• Concluded that Emodin exposure was associated with downregulation of GRP78, supporting its potential as a natural therapeutic candidate in breast cancer research.
